About Ferdous
About 25 years ago, Ferdous opened the first Italian restaurant in Dunfermline.
Since then he has opened establishments in Limekilns, Dalgety Bay and Halbeath.
In 2008 he purchased the Auld Toll Tavern in Dunfermline and has refurbished the
Lounge Bar as a restaurant - The Olive Tree - offering the best of Mediterranean cuisine.
Ferdous looks forward to welcoming old friends and patrons who have previously enjoyed his hospitality.
New customers are cordially invited to join us for a meal from a wide selection of dishes from Italy, France, Greece and Turkey. A selection of traditional Mexican dishes are also available.
For patrons who like something out of the ordinary a choice from the Speciality Dishes is recommended.
If you prefer to enjoy our fine food in the comfort of your own home try a selection of dishes from our new Takeaway menu.
